  1. HJackets has formalized an easy to understand size chart helping you for double-checking your measurements. Therefore, prior to the placement of the order, it is important to check your measurement with the size chart available on our website. In order to provide you a standard jacket, we ensure that it is according to the size you provide. In case of any issue, email us at sales@hjacket.com within a span of 3 days, upon the arrival of the jacket. After the three day time period passes, there will be a no return or exchange for custom and standard products. In case of any issues regarding the size chart, our efficient customer service is always ready to provide support, feel free to contact us via email.


  1. If the product is not according to the requirement in terms of color, pattern, or size, you can send us the images of the jacket via email within 3 days of the arrival of the jacket. Make sure to picture the images by wearing the jacket, so that the issue can be identified with ease. Hence in this case the policy for return and exchange will be validated (Conditions Apply).


  1. Upon the selection of two similar products simultaneously, the validity for the return and exchange will be null and void. Therefore it will also restrict the resale value generation practice for placing products for trial purpose, hence selecting the one only. Many individuals exploit this service for merchandising worth and return in case it is not sold. Thus, by making use of this facility, they order similar jackets of different sizes. Thus, they select only one, whereas return the other if it is not sold.


  1. Once the 24 hours deadline is passed, the policy for adjustment or replacement of the size, color, or the product will not be valid. Upon the confirmation of the order, the processing starts within 24 hours.
  • Wrong size selection changes everything if it comes to exchange of the already bought product, customer is required to pay $50 more as shipping charges.
  • When returning for a refund restocking fee of $40 as deduction will be made.
  • All extra charges /restocking fee must be paid by the customer.
  1. In case you plan to cancel your order, you can do it within the span of 24 hours. Once this time span has passed your order will be canceled, but with certain terms and conditions that include:


  • If the desired product is canceled within 3 days, 25% deduction will be made from your refund amount.


  • If the desired product is canceled prior to the shipment, 45% deduction will be made from your refund amount.


  • In case of another confirmation was made, no cancellation of the order will be validated (if not shipped).


  1. Prior to sending the jacket you order, the product goes through quality checking ensuring that the color, pattern, sizing and stitching is according to what you ordered. In case you receive a damaged product, the item will be replaced by another one of the same size and quality, you ordered. Once you receive such an item, always email the images of the jacket within 24 hours and make sure the jacket doesn’t have removed tags on it.
